Driver's Licence And Age Limits
Valid driving licence held at least for one year and minimum 21 years of age for groups B,E,ED,J,K, KD,KA and valid driving licence held at least for two years and 25 years of age the rest of the groups are required.

Rental Period
Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate. In case of delay 1/3 of daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. Delays exceeding 3 hours are charged at daily rate.

Types of Rental & Rates
Unlimited km: Daily rate applies. No additional charge per km. Long term rental: Special rates and conditions apply for a minimum rental of 1 month. Rates are inclusive of oil, maintenance , third party insurance (up to legal limits), exclusive of gasoline.

Payment
Full payment is required at the start of rental by valid credit card.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) & Theft Protection (TP)
Client's liability for collision damage is limited between YTL 25.000.- and YTL 70.000.- depending on the rental car group per accident. This liabilitiy can be waived by accepting and paying for the appropriate insurance charges at the start of rental.

However, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is void, if the driver is under the influence of alcohol and drugs, has passed legal speed limits, if police accident, alcohol reports and the damaged car are not returned to the nearest Yes-National office within 24 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the misusage of the car, and the damages caused by gross negligence.

If Theft Protection (TP) is not accepted, the renter will be responsible for the loss of the rental vehicle and/or any of its components due to theft. This insurance is void if an official statement documenting the loss is not obtained from the official authorities and the keys and documents of the car are not returned to the nearest Yes-National office within 24 hours.

Additional Driver
For each additional driver daily charges will apply. Request for permission for the additional driver should be made at the start of rental. Otherwise all insurance become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for all damages and losses to the car as well as to third parties.

Personal Accident Insurance
Available at certain daily prices differing for each car group.

Delivery & Collection / One Way Rental
Delivery and collection is free of charge with prior notice within city limits, Delivery and collection outside city limits of Yes-National offices are charged at YTL 1,50 per.km to the nearest location.

One way fee is applicable for rentals less than 3 days for all car groups returning to a different Yes-National location other than the pick up location.

Traffic Fines
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.

Off Border
Renters wishing to the drive car out of country must obtain the advance authorization of Yes-National.

All international car rental reservation requests will be made to any location in 83 countries and 3000 locations of National and Alamo Car Rental worldwide with best competitive prices .

Chauffeur driven cars, tourist guides, mobile phones, child seats, luggage rack , snow chains and GPRS are available with prior notice with extra daily charges. Hotel reservations can also be made through Yes-National offices. Yes-National reserves the right to substitute the type of the car reserved under circumstances beyond control. The rates, general rental terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

ATTENTION! IN CASE OF ACCIDENT PLEASE DO NOT NEGLECT GETTING POLICE AND ALCOHOL REPORTS WITHOUT CHANGING THE LOCATION OF THE CAR. OTHERWISE THE INSURANCE SHALL BE ACCEPTED INVALID AND THE RENTER WILL BE HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY FOR ANY DAMAGES AND LOSSES TO THE CAR AS WELL AS TO THIRD PARTIES.
